About the role:

As a Fund Services Senior Associate, you will work in a team of bright and motivated individuals to drive the growth and performance of the fundcraft brand. You will become part of a high functioning team serving prestigious clients in the alternative investment industry. In that team, you will be mainly responsible for the timely delivery of fund services via the fundcraft platform while reporting to a manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform the administration of any services for assigned clients. 
  • Support the coordination of responses to queries, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all transactions and investor records are filed and maintained efficiently and comprehensively.
  • Be responsible for processing and confirming capital activities.
  • Responsible for preparing and delivering of any regulatory reporting and investor reporting.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client needs are met.
  • Support the team growth and act as in a Senior capacity in case of absences.
  • Support new client onboarding & new fund launches to successful completion.
  • Support the training and development of the team, providing guidance and supervising any assigned tasks.
Must-Have Experience / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Finance.
  • Have 2-4 years experience in a similar position, or in a Fund/Corporate role with client exposure.
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg Fund Industry.
  • English: fluent level (spoken and written).
  • Good knowledge of Google workspace and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Business or Finance.
  • Knowledge of French and/or German.
  • Enjoy working in a challenging environment.
  • High motivation to learn quickly and to work independently.
  • Eager to adapt and learn new technology.
  • Ability to work with daily deadlines and with a high level of accuracy.
  • Be adaptable, flexible, a strong team player and an active listener.
  • Knowledge of and/or interest in new technologies.
