  • Frontend: ReactJS, delivering a seamless and responsive user experience.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: AWS Cloud, providing the backbone for our highly available and scalable infrastructure.
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Docker for containerized application management, ensuring consistent and reliable deployments.
  • Databases: PostgreSQL for relational data storage, Redis and MongoDB, designed for scalability and high performance.
  • API Design: OpenAPI standards for clear, maintainable, and scalable API development
  • CI/CD: GHA, continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines enabling fast, efficient deployments.
  • Testing: Unit tests, automated end-to-end (e2e) testing, quality gates to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Collaboration Tools: Agile workflows powered by Jira and Confluence to keep our teams aligned and efficient.


About the Role:
As a Frontend Developer, you will be a key player in our tech team, driving the development of user interfaces that power fundcraft’s digital-native platform. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to translate business needs into robust, high-performance web applications. You will also collaborate on maintaining and optimising our AWS-based production infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and enhance user interfaces, bringing ideas to life through React and modern web technologies.
  • Participate in development sprints, contributing to planning, design, and delivery of new features and enhancements.
  • Translate Figma designs into reusable, high-quality React components, maintaining consistency and scalability using Storybook.
  • Implement state management solutions using Redux, handle API interactions with Axios, and manage side effects with redux-saga.
  • Oversee and review pull requests from fellow engineers, ensuring high code quality, adherence to standards, and efficient performance.
  • Integrate external libraries and tools such as WYSIWYG editors, Docusign, and ReactFlow to enhance the platform’s functionality.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a Frontend Engineer
  • Proven experience with ReactJS/Redux in production environments, along with integrating and working with RESTful APIs
  • Strong understanding of core front-end technologies: HTML, CSS frameworks (such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.), and JavaScript
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish
Skills & Expected Behaviours:
  • Strong knowledge of modern frontend development tools and frameworks, with a focus on delivering efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers, to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to solving complex technical challenges, with an ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimise web applications.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and priorities.
  • Take full responsibility for your tasks, from concept to implementation, and be willing to review and improve upon your work continuously.
