About the Role:
As a Trainee in Corporate Secretary, you will assist with various administrative processes through fundcraft’s proprietary platform, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in the field. Under the mentorship of experienced associates and managers, you develop your skills while contributing to this unit’s efforts in maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of daily Corporate Secretary tasks for clients, developing knowledge of core processes and best practices.
  • Assist the management, filing, and retrieval of both physical and digital documents, ensuring compliance with fundcraft’s record-keeping policies, including coordinating with courier services as required.
    • Maintain archiving procedures and transition hard-copy documents to digital formats for long-term storage and easy accessibility.
    • Manage the regular review of archived documents, coordinating the secure disposal of outdated records following fundcraft’s retention policies.
    • Support basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning to support the Corporate Secretary team’s daily operations.
  • Support the collection and preparation of Board Minutes, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Help maintain accurate investor records and documentation using fundcraft’s platform, contributing to organised and accessible data management.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new clients and funds, providing support across Corporate Secretary activities to ensure smooth transitions and quality product delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to address client queries promptly, focusing on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Engage in training sessions and development opportunities, expanding your understanding of relevant regulations and how they impact Corporate Secretary delivery on fundcraft’s platform.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements by sharing feedback and observations, helping enhance product delivery  quality and operational efficiency.


Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a related role is preferred but not required.
Skills & Expected Behaviours:
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and engage in new processes.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
  • Interest in corporate governance, fund services, and documentation practices.
