As a Fund Services Manager you will work in a team of bright and motivated individuals to drive the growth and performance of the fundcraft brand. You will manage a high functioning team serving prestigious clients in the alternative investment industry. In that team, you will be responsible for delivering services via the fundcraft platform to one or several clients while reporting directly to the Head of Fund Services. You will be accountable for timely and qualitatively delivering of the range of services offered by fundcraft to clients. In your mission, you will be supported by associates and senior associates whom you will be responsible for managing, training and growing.

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and acting as a primary contact and escalation point and resolution.
• Proactively managing the team to ensure all services are delivered on time and in a qualitative manner.
• Overseeing and controlling of quality output of all Capital transactions and records.
• Implementing the fundcraft policies, procedures and best-practice guidelines.
• Representing team, department or company  fundcraft at on-site visits with all stakeholders.
• Collaborating with all stakeholders, being solution driven, problem solving oriented and embracing change.
• Understanding the model and services offered by fundcraft Services, proposing and developing operational improvements in consultation with the other managers.
• Ensuring all team members are set for success taking into account skills, competencies gaps and career plans; implementing training plan and buddy system when needed.

• Degree in Business, Finance or Law.
• Have 4-6 years experience in a similar position, or in a Fund/Corporate role with client exposure.
• Managerial experience.
• Ability to handle complex deliverables across a number of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others
• Knowledge of Luxembourg Fund Industry.
• English: fluent level (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of Google workspace and Microsoft Office.

• German or French would be beneficial.

• Knowledge of and/or interest in new technologies.
