You will have the opportunity to be an integral part of the team in a fast-paced work environment. Within the team, you will report to COO.
Leading projects, including client integration, service delivery and sales support,
being responsible for coordinating clients integration across fundcraft system,
ensuring appropriate support across all Fund Operations teams and other departments,
acting as a liaison with Client Senior management and fundcraft,
supporting Sales in developing new business/client,
establishing a migration plan and KPIs in line with client expectations,
assisting with request for proposal process and client pitches,
serving as the direct source of information to Product Development,
assisting with Data Migrations, Incoming File Testing, Report development,
ensuring all necessary data is captured for client reporting,
assisting in client user setup/permissions,
working with existing clients on new requirements and process improvements,
working with existing clients on efficiencies.
Must-Have Experience / Qualifications:
You hold a diploma in Sales Management/Negotiation field
You are open minded
You are a tech lover
You are native in English or equivalent
You have minimum 5 years in Sales field
You have strong knowledge of funds industry
You are looking to build a disruptive approach of the onboarding process
You have an entrepreneurial mindset
You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude
