What you can expect to do in the role
Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily coordination between the different teams of our company (i.e. tax, accountant, corporate, compliance, AIFM ...) and the lawyers, the notaries and the banks
  • Collection of the KYC information required by our Compliance team
  • Liaison with the banks in relation to the account opening process
  • Manage any TA functions (i.e. NAV calculation, distribution, CAS, ..)
  • Manage the preparation and/or reviewing the reporting (regulatory, CSSF, BCL, ..) ensuring it’s delivery on time
  • Prepare the files for the Client Acceptance Committee
  • Report on the needs and demands of clients
  • Contribute in finding day-to-day and strategic solutions to serve our clients in the best possible way
How you will be successful in your application
Must-Have Experience / Qualifications:

  • Degree in law, economics or management
  • Professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
  • Spanish: fluent level (spoken and written)
  • English: fluent level (spoken and written), German or French would be beneficial

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Funds/Corporate specialist role with client skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle several deliverables multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
