About the role
As a Marketing Officer you will work in a team of bright and motivated individuals to drive the growth and performance of the fundcraft brand. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager and liaise with various business functions to gain exposure to all different facets of marketing; from strategy and branding/content creation to creative design, planning
and execution of media, and measurement of success. This is a unique opportunity to acquire a wide range of experience 
and further develop your diverse marketing skill set, while driving real impact for a ground-breaking organisation.
What you can expect to do in the role
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assisting in developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy, in line with business objectives, including brand positioning, communications strategy, internal/external brand launch, measuring impact on KPIs,
  • analysing and profiling target audiences to ensure brand communications remain relevant and speak effectively to our prospects,
  • monitoring and reporting on industry trends and competitor activity,
  • working with the Marketing Manager to ensure data analytics is integrated in all stages of our branding program, i.e. collect and analyse data to deliver market insight, inform strategies and track campaign success,
  • contributing to the creation of engaging content for various communication channels, being able to shift seamlessly between writing standardised blog posts and newsletters to status updates and social media posts,
  • experimenting with a variety of organic and paid acquisition marketing tactics like content marketing, social media, pay per click campaigns, landing pages and SEO,
  • deploying successful marketing campaigns with active involvement in all stages of the campaign cycle – planning, targeting, messaging, content/design and execution,
  • supporting the Sales and Product teams with the creation of marketing collateral, product sheets and other client materials, as needed.
How you will be successful in your application
Must-Have Experience / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Strong storytelling and copy editing skills with experience in producing engaging content for various touchpoints
  • Solid experience with social media platforms
  • Knowledge of website and social analytics
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with email marketing and search engines is a plus
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. InDesign, Canva, or similar) will be highly appreciated
  • Ability to visualise data and present trends and insights in an easy-to-understand way
  • Professional experience in a branding, research or media agency is an advantage

Selection process
➢ Stage 1: Video interview with our HR department (45 min)
➢ Stage 2: Meet the Team: In-person interview with the hiring manager and a senior member of the
team (60 min)
➢ Stage 3: Interview with a member of the management team (Optional) (45 min)
